The MLOps role provides the best platform for our computer vision and machine learning experts. This ranges from building and deployment to training and data management. And from managing bare metal up to designing custom tooling. This role plays an integral part in our high compliance and security environment.
On a daily basis you will be collaborating with our CVML team and our infrastructure team and you will be reporting directly to the CTO. Most of your work will be hands-on hard engineering, but we also rely on your excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure that you and the teams that you work with are able to deliver the state of the art machine learning platform.

You are responsible for:

- Researcher and software engineers in our Computer vision and machine learning team
- Engineers in our Infrastructure team
- Build an ML platform based on bare metal in our co-located data centers running Kubernetes
- Ensure proper versioning for code and training data
- Provide a training environment with highly confidential data
- Provide a build and deployment pipeline to the CVML team
- Manage capacity and provide feedback to your stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of the platform
- Monitor and trouble shoot training and inference environments
- Elevate our ML platform to the most appropriate level
- Design our ML architecture and processes
- Help to improve and secure our systems and compliance
- Your role is very influential, it is important that you communicate well and clear to our stakeholders and teams
- Pro-actively develop reporting procedures and standards to continually improve transparency
You bring with you:
- Excellent experience in Kubernetes, 5+ yrs of experience or comparable
- Excellent experience in MLOps, 2+ yrs of experience or comparable
- Preferably on premise
- Excellent technical skills, you have or had hands-on experience in training, inference and operations
- Mindset is getting stuff done, you find a pragmatic solution, but still manage the debt we took with trade-off decisions precisely
