Purpose
As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in developing our product strategy, gathering and incorporating customer insights and leading the discovery process for new product ideas. With your innovative approach and passionate nature, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle. You report directly to the Team Lead Product Management & Design.

Tasks

Develop and manage a product backlog, ensuring that all items are clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized based on customer needs and business value
Identify product issues, break them down and create tasks for other team members
Define and execute product strategy for your Nect Products based on in-depth market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives
Own the product discovery process. Before implementing a new feature, you analyze customer problems, the market and what added value the idea has for Nect
Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and successful go-to-market strategies
Align a broad set of stakeholders on your product’s strategy and integrate their feedback accordingly

Profile

a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable education ideally with a technical background
experience in driving the product lifecycle from strategy to launch
high analytical skills
strong discussion skills, persuasiveness and communication skills
a good feeling for our customers and the market
good proficiency in German and English
