Our application process

1. Apply online

Choose the right job for you and simply send us your application using the “Apply now”-button. Your CV is enough, you can also apply with your LinkedIn or XING profile.

2. First video-interview

We invite you to a first meeting. In about 30-45 minutes we will discuss your profile and your motivation as well as clarify general questions.

3. Personal interview

Whether digital or on-site, in our second conversation we want to get to know each other even better and go into a little more depth in terms of content.

4. Contract offer

As soon as both sides feel that we are a good fit and that you should definitely become a Nectee, you will receive an offer and an employment contract from us.
